Role Overview: As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to guests visiting the shop. You will guide them through their wardrobe-building journey, offering expert advice on fit, style, and customization options. This role is focused on relationship-building within the shop, ensuring that each guest feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their experience with William & Lauren.

• Exceptional Guest Service: Provide guests with personalized service by understanding their individual needs and preferences, ensuring their experience at William & Lauren is seamless and fulfilling. Offering a high level of service that makes guests feel special and valued. Assist in styling recommendations and outfit coordination to help guests put together complete looks.
• Wardrobe Building Expertise: Guide guests through the wardrobe-building process with a deep understanding of William & Lauren’s custom pieces and services. Help them make informed decisions about their custom clothing needs and future wardrobe planning.
• Brand Ambassador: Serve as an ambassador for William & Lauren, promoting the brand’s values with every interaction and embodying luxury, confidence, and attention to detail in everything you do.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our custom clothing, services, and customization options, ensuring guests feel confident in their choices. Provide expert recommendations that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
•Professional Appearance & Learning: Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the William & Lauren brand image. Role Overview: As a Fit Specialist you will guide the client through the process to ensure a perfect fit. You need to be knowledgeable in fit, tailoring and marking to ensure the client’s final clothing is a perfect fit and they feel comfortable. You will work directly with clients during their fitting appointments and ensure a proper fit and they are happy. If any adjustments are needed, you manage the tailoring process.

• Serve as a William & Lauren ambassador promoting the philosophy and values of the brand
Ensure exceptional service in line with W&L brand that results in meaningful experiences and builds brand relationships
Obsessed with attention to detail so clients can trust that every piece is crafted to make them shine, no matter the occasion
Ensure the proper fit of garments and mark garments for tailoring
Perform and complete alterations according to William & Lauren’s guidelines and service standards
Provide sound advice on the product and lead times to ensure expectations are met. Strong knowledge on fit, fabrics and tailoring.
Take care of our clients’ needs and help them to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.
Fit Specialist is here to listen, guide and support our clients every step of the way, and to make sure they feel taken care of through the process.
