As a Client Care Specialist
As a Client Care Specialist, you are a crucial point of contact, stepping in to ensure every detail is handled once the initial client consultation is complete. You’ll oversee order management, delivery schedules, and ongoing communication, ensuring each client feels supported throughout their entire experience with William & Lauren. Whether it’s managing timelines for a big event or offering delivery options that work for their schedule, you are key in making the client’s journey as seamless and rewarding as possible.
Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring they receive timely updates and personalized service as their orders are completed and prepared for delivery.
Order & Delivery Management: Manage the details of each order from processing through to delivery, offering flexible delivery solutions and ensuring each client’s timeline—especially for important events—is met with precision.
Proactive Support: Anticipate client needs by managing key dates and deadlines, offering proactive solutions to ensure that their garments are ready for special occasions and delivered with ease.
Relationship Building: Strengthen the client relationship by offering thoughtful, proactive service that reflects William & Lauren’s commitment to quality, luxury, and making the client’s life easier.
Professional Expertise: Present yourself as a polished representative of the brand, offering expert advice on garment care, fit, and delivery options, ensuring each client feels fully supported in their experience.
Problem Resolution & Follow-Through: Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring complete follow-through to maintain client satisfaction. Take pride in turning challenges into opportunities to exceed client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with client advisors and the rest of the team to ensure each client’s journey is seamless, offering support as needed to maintain the elevated standard of service our brand is known for.

This role focuses on creating a memorable, meaningful experience for guests visiting the shop, ensuring that every interaction reflects William & Lauren’s values of luxury, confidence, and care.

You will guide them through their wardrobe-building journey, offering expert advice on fit, style, and customization options. This role is focused on relationship-building within the shop, ensuring that each guest feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their experience with William & Lauren.

• Brand Ambassador: Serve as an ambassador for William & Lauren, promoting the brand’s values with every interaction and embodying luxury, confidence, and attention to detail in everything you do.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our custom clothing, services, and customization options, ensuring guests feel confident in their choices. Provide expert recommendations that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
•Professional Appearance & Learning: Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the William & Lauren brand image.
