As a Client Advisor
The client advisor guides the clients through a personalized selection process empowering our clients to show up as their best self, no matter where life takes them.
• Client advisors take the time to understand each client’s unique fashion sensibilities and guide them towards a wardrobe that algins with their personal brand and aspirations.
• Serve as a William & Lauren ambassador promoting the philosophy and values of the brand
• Ensuring exceptional service in line with W&L brand that results in meaningful experiences and builds brand relationships
• Willing to maintain a professional appearance that reflects the brand image. Willingness to learn and work with clients on fashion and fit recommendations and help them put together looks. Previous experience not required in this area.
• Obsessed with attention to detail so clients can trust that every piece is crafted to make them shine, no matter the occasion
• Client Advisors take care of our clients’ needs and help them to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered. They are here to listen, guide and support our clients every step of the way, and to make sure they feel taken care of through the process.
• Other duties as needed
Salary & Benefits:
The role of Client Advisor is $20-24/hour base + $2-6/hour quarterly bonus if goals are met.
(Bonus based on a 40-hour work week)
PTO and health insurance are availble to full-time staff

As a Fit Specialist
As a Fit Specialist you will guide the client through the process to ensure a perfect fit. You need to be knowledgeable in fit, tailoring and marking to ensure the client’s final clothing is a perfect fit and they feel comfortable. You will work directly with clients during their fitting appointments and ensure a proper fit and they are happy. If any adjustments are needed, you manage the tailoring process.
• Serve as a William & Lauren ambassador promoting the philosophy and values of the brand
• Ensuring exceptional service in line with W&L brand that results in meaningful experiences and builds brand relationships
• Obsessed with attention to detail so clients can trust that every piece is crafted to make them shine, no matter the
occasion
• Ensure the proper fit of garments and mark garments for tailoring
• Perform and complete alterations according to William & Lauren’s guidelines and service standards
• Provide sound advice on the product and lead times to ensure expectations are met.
• Strong knowledge on fit, fabrics and tailoring.
• Educate customers and showroom personnel on proper fitting techniques
• Take care of our clients’ needs and help them to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered. They are here to listen, guide and support our clients every step of the way, and to make sure they feel taken care of through the process.
• Other duties as needed

As a Tailor
William & Lauren is looking for an in-house tailor for the Oklahoma City location. You will be the point person for alterations on men and women’s clothing including suits, jacket and pants amount others. The tailor is a vital part of the team to ensure the client is satisfied and has the perfect.
• Serve as a William & Lauren ambassador promoting the philosophy and values of the brand
• Ensuring exceptional service in line with W&L brand that results in meaningful experiences and builds brand relationships
• Obsessed with attention to detail so clients can trust that every piece is crafted to make them shine, no matter the occasion
• Ensure the proper fit of garments and mark garments for tailoring

As an Operations Specialist
The operations specialist would directly with the CEO and team to develop internal systems and manage a few special projects to ensure we’re delivering for our clients and increasing efficiencies. • The operations specialist would need to be a detailed and process-oriented person who enjoys process and systems. • They would work with the team to implement our CRM system, find areas to improve and manage integrations. • Develop and implement internal systems for finance and supply chain. • Work with the team to find operational efficiencies to reduce cost and improve customer service • Develop and coordinate operational activities • Managing vendor reporting such as collegiate licensing reporting
Salary & Benefits:
